Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every piece of Missoma jewelry, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 60 days for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all jewelry is returned in its original packaging and unworn condition to qualify.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Jewelry

  Place the items in their original Missoma gift boxes and secure them inside the original shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Generate your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier partner and keep your tracking receipt; we will notify you once your refund has been processed.
