What is your return policy?

We offer a 60-day return window for all items, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Please note that earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.

Is there a warranty on my jewelry?

Every Missoma piece comes with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. This covers any manufacturing defects but does not cover accidental damage or natural wear and tear.

What materials do you use?

Our jewelry is primarily crafted from 18ct gold vermeil, 18ct gold plating on sterling silver, and solid 14ct gold. We use responsibly sourced gemstones and recycled metals whenever possible.
